$1323 will be kept in the account for start-up costs next year. The rest will be distributed as follows:

2009 BBQ

The BBQ will take place at Brian O'Connor's residence (same as years past) at 3:00 pm with food being served around 5:00 pm. As always, we will have a few bands, food and a raffle with some spectacular prizes. His address is 9247 Mentor Ave in Mentor behind Bob Evans and Chancellor University. There will be plenty of parking available. The cost for attending the BBQ will be $25 per person if you pay by June 25th or $30/person at the door.
Included in the costs of the BBQ and golf will be a donation to multiple charities in Kenny's name. A few recipients already determined are: Autism Speaks, Camp Ho Mita Koda, and The M.S. Society. Golfing in the scramble does not automatically include you in the BBQ. We need to hear from anybody that plans on attending the BBQ, so we can get the proper amount of food ordered. This will be an adult only event so try to book a babysitter soon. If anybody would like to donate their time, we can use some help on a variety of tasks, so email Dan Staebler if you're available.
Please remember there is plenty of room to pitch a tent on Brian's property and we invite you to do so. Please don't drink and drive! This is an open invitation event, all we ask is that you call, mail your payment to, or email Dan Staebler ahead of time so you can be added to the guest list and so we can accurately order the food, tables, chairs, beer etc...
To make a prize donation for the raffle at the BBQ please email Cheryl Potocnik or call her at
(440) 339-5340 . Cheryl is looking for volunteers to help her with the raffle set-up and donation collections. This is a very time consuming task so any help would be greatly appreciated. Please let her know if you are willing to donate a little of your time.Melissa Wolf will be handling the distribution of wristbands at the entrance to the party to indicate that you've paid. PLEASE make sure you prepay for the BBQ. The less money we have to take at the door, the more time we can all spend enjoying the party! For those that have prepaid, your names will be checked off a list as you arrive and you will be given your wristband. The list will also indicate whether or not you're owed a t-shirt and we will be distributing them to you at this time (unless you golfed). 2009 Golf

The golf will be held at Lost Nation Golf Course in Willoughby, off of Lost Nation Rd at 7:00 am sharp. All foursomes from last year have a spot reserved until May 15th. If you don't confirm your foursome by emailing Dylan Dacar or by calling him at
(440) 749-0475 , that spot will be made available to another group. We will be having a shotgun start again this year. The cost of the four-man scramble will be $70 per person, which includes 18 holes, cart, prizes, T-shirt, misc giveaways, beer, pop, and a catered lunch in the pavilion (Party to follow not included). There will be a 50/50 raffle again this year at the golf course. The teams will be able to prepay this year to speed up the check-in process. Prepays will only be accepted for entire foursomes ($280). To prepay please mail your checks payable to the Ken Mcneill Memorial Fund to 570 Beechwood Ln, Painesville Oh, 44077. Please include the names of the people in your foursome with the checks.
