2011 Raffle

Raffle tickets are now available for pre-sale. Let Dan Staebler know if you would like to try to sell some. $1000 cash grand prize, $250 to the seller of the winning ticket. You do not need to be present to claim the prize. The drawing will be held around 9PM on July 9th.
2011 BBQ

The BBQ will take place at Brian O'connor's residence (same as years past) at 3:00 on July 9th with food being served around 5:00PM. His address is 9247 Mentor Ave in Mentor (behind Bob Evans and Chancellor University). There will be a Chinese auction with spectacular prizes again this year and also a cash raffle. Parking has gotten more difficult during recent benefits due to the size of the event so please be aware of the businesses that are open during the hours of the event and please don't take their parking spaces. Worst case scenario, there is plenty of parking at the eastern area of the Wal-Mart parking lot that you can use and then walk to the party from there. The Fitworks Gym has moved so parking there might be an option this year (at your own risk). The cost for attending the BBQ will be $25 per person if you pay by June 25th or $30 per person at the door. There are absolutely no exceptions to these fees so please don't try to haggle at the door! Even if you don't eat or drink anything while attending, there are other costs that go into putting on this event and a portion of your entry fee will go to our selected Charities.
Included in the costs of the BBQ and golf will be donations to multiple charities in memory of Kenny. The primary recipients of the money we raise this year will be Camp Sue Osborn, Camp Ho Mita Koda and Autism Speaks. Golfing in the scramble does not automatically include you in the BBQ. We need to hear from anybody that plans on attending the BBQ so we can get the proper amount of food ordered. This will be an adult only event so try to book a babysitter soon. If anybody would like to donate their time, we can use some help on a variety of tasks so email Dan Staebler if you're available.
Please remember that there is plenty of room to pitch a tent on Brian's property and we invite you to do so. Please don't drink and drive! Tell all of your friends that might be interested in attending!
2011 Golf Outing

The golf outing will be held at Lost Nation Municipal Golf Course in Willoughby off of Lost Nation Rd with a tee time of 8:30 am sharp. Registration will start at 7:30 am. All foursomes from last year have a spot reserved until June 1st (unless other arrangements were made with Dylan, Tony or Dan). There is currently a waiting list to get in on the golf so if you don't confirm your foursome by June 1st we will make that spot available to the next group in line. Confirm your spot by calling

When you confirm your foursome to Dylan, please have the shirt sizes of your team members and indicate whether they will be having the steak or chicken for dinner. Default shirt sizes will be xl and default dinner will be steak. We will be having a shotgun start again this year. The cost of the four-man scramble will be $70 per person, which includes 18 holes, cart, prizes, T-shirt, misc giveaways, beer, pop, lunch and a steak or chicken dinner at Toth's Place immediately following the award announcements and prize giveaways. There will be a 50/50 raffle again this year at the golf course. Only cash or checks will be accepted at the golf course.
